UI/UX Designer
Remote - Full time
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and
intuitive user experience.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to support design
decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into
effective design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines.
- Perform usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that designs adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve user
experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
- Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups with attention to
detail.
- Good understanding of frontend capabilities (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively
with developers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for crafting seamless digital experiences.
