Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable and high-performance web applications.
- Architect, design, and optimize application structure, APIs, and database interactions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best coding practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into
technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, improve system reliability, and ensure smooth deployment pipelines.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to industry-standard development patterns.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to technical decision-making and
innovation.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend development.
- Strong proficiency in modern technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, or
similar stacks.
- In-depth understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS,
Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional projects.
