Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end execution of software and product development projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays, implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment across all teams and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
  • Track performance metrics to ensure project objectives and quality standards are met.
  • Continuously evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for process optimization.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience managing software or technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and IT fundamentals.
  • Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
